Exhaust Fan Over Stove Not Working

The oven is equipped with an automatic cooling fan that runs when the oven is in use and or after a cycle completes.

Use a window fan. The cooling fan may be operating or running. Alternatively check whether the fuse has blown and replace it if this is the case. This will pull the air out and while it may not do much for grease it will help eliminate cooking odors.
