Dyson Vacuum Won T Push On Carpet

I recently bought a refurb animal 2 and am a little frustrated.

Dyson vacuum won t push on carpet.

Right after pulling this dyson out of the box i was having trouble pushing it across my carpets regardless of whether the roller was activated. Solutions for dyson pushing problems. Dyson dc17 animal became extremely hard to push on carpet. We bought new premium karastan smartstrand silk carpet and love it but the vacuum would not go throug.

Some of the newer dyson vacuums have a height adjustment feature where you can move the head of the vacuum up or down depending on what surface you re vacuuming on so you can lower it for hardwood keep it medium for medium carpets or raise it high for high pile carpets.
